(hereinafter referred to as the Company or China National Nuclear Power), as of September 30, 2026, the Company had 27 nuclear power units in operation under its controlling share, with an installed capacity of 26,212.0 MW; it had 22 units under construction and approved for future construction under its controlling share, with an installed capacity of 25,635.0 MW, bringing the total nuclear power installed capacity to 51,847.0 MW. The Company's renewable energy installed capacity in operation under its controlling share was 35,915.6 MW, including 11,191.1 MW of wind power and 24,724.5 MW of solar power, and it also controlled independent energy storage stations with 2,061.0 MW; the installed capacity under construction under its controlling share was 9,263.6 MW, including 3,906.2 MW of wind power and 5,357.4 MW of solar power.

As of September 30, 2026, the Company's cumulative commercial power generation for the first three quarters of 2026 was 186.660 billion kWh, a year-on-year increase of 1.25%; the on-grid electricity was 176.053 billion kWh, a year-on-year increase of 1.12%.

Details are as follows:

I. Nuclear Power Segment

In the first three quarters of 2026, the cumulative power generation of the Company's nuclear power units (including electricity converted from steam supply) was 153.278 billion kWh, a year-on-year increase of 1.50%; the cumulative on-grid electricity was 143.262 billion kWh, a year-on-year increase of 1.40%; the average utilization hours of the units were 5,848 hours. Among them:

Qinshan Nuclear Power's power generation increased by 4.65% year on year. The main reason was that the number of unit maintenance days decreased compared with the same period last year, resulting in a year-on-year increase in power generation.

Sanmen Nuclear Power's power generation increased by 3.59% year on year. The main reason was that the number of unit maintenance days decreased compared with the same period last year, resulting in a year-on-year increase in power generation.

Jiangsu Nuclear Power's power generation decreased by 1.44% year on year. The main reason was that the number of unit maintenance days increased compared with the same period last year, resulting in a year-on-year decrease in power generation.

Hainan Nuclear Power's power generation decreased by 7.39% year on year. The main reason was that the number of unit maintenance days increased compared with the same period last year, resulting in a year-on-year decrease in power generation.

Fuqing Nuclear Power's power generation decreased by 11.34% year on year. The main reason was that the number of unit maintenance days increased compared with the same period last year, resulting in a year-on-year decrease in power generation.

Zhangzhou Nuclear Power's power generation increased by 74.38% year on year. The main reason was that Unit 2 was put into commercial operation on January 1, 2026, resulting in an overall year-on-year increase in power generation.

II. Renewable Energy Segment

In the first three quarters of 2026, the cumulative power generation of the Company's controlled renewable energy units was 33.382 billion kWh, a year-on-year increase of 0.08%, of which wind power generation was 13.912 billion kWh, a year-on-year decrease of 3.13%; solar power generation was 19.470 billion kWh, a year-on-year increase of 2.50%. Renewable energy on-grid electricity was 32.791 billion kWh, a year-on-year decrease of 0.07%.
